  • An automatic order confirmation email will be sent to you within a few seconds after you place your order.
    If you didn't receive the e-mail, please check your spam folder.
    If you are ordering from a cell phone device, please register a desktop email address if possible as the cell phone company may filter the email coming from us.
    Please contact us if you didn't receive the confirmation email after placing an order using a cell phone email address.

  • Domestic orders
    We typically ship orders within 3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

    International orders
    We typically ship within 5 working days of receiving your order.

    Free shipping for orders above ¥10,000 incl. tax.
    A flat nationwide rate of ¥650 for orders below ¥10,000 incl. tax.

    [Outside Japan]
    Free shipping for orders above ¥20,000 incl. tax.
    A flat nationwide rate of ¥3,000 for orders below ¥20,000 incl. tax.

  • If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery with the nature of your return and we will respond with further instructions. If the return is due to customer change of mind, return shipping costs will be payable by the customer.
    If the return is due to our error, such as where incorrect products or quantity, or defective (damaged, soiled) products have been supplied, return and replacement shipping costs will be covered by us.
    Subject to stock availability, items will be replaced with the same product. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be offered.

    We will not accept the following returns or exchanges:

    Products that have been used
    Products that haven damaged or soiled by the customer
    Products without packaging (box, case)
    Products that have not been purchased from our online shop
    More than 8 days have passed after delivery
    Downloaded products from our online shop
    We have not received prior notice

  • [Downloading the paper pattern]

    After payment, you will see a "Download Now" button on the order confirmation screen. You can click the button to download the paper pattern you have purchased. You can also download it from the link sent to your e-mail address.

    [Video Lesson]

    After payment, a link and password will be sent to your e-mail address. Click on the URL in that email, then a vimeo window will open and you will be asked to type in the password on the entry screen to view the video.

    If you purchase the pattern and the video lesson at the same time, you will receive two separate emails, so please check both of them.

  • We recommend you use a home printer to print out the data. Set the paper size to A4 or A3 according to the data you have purchased.
    Free pattern samples are available, so use them to see if you can print them out accurately before purchasing.
    Please note that downloadable products cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded, or exchanged after purchase for any reason.

  • Make sure the data size is set to 100% in the print settings. It may have been automatically scaled down to fit the paper size.
